It’s through this experience that I have mastered the art of complex communications and cross-functional collaboration.

I provide advisory services to hotels in the following areas: sales and marketing, revenue management, employee development and training. I offer my expertise in evaluating current sales position and present strategic action plans for improvement as well as plan, direct, and oversee hospitality excellence. In 2015, I was contracted to develop a boutique hotel in Liberia, West Africa. My work included concept to opening, staffing and standard operation procedures. The hotel opened in January 2017.

I previously served as a panelist for the Georgia Women in Lodging on the book The Confidence Code. I am available for speaking engagements at universities with hospitality programs, and hospitality related events.
